Dnipropetrovsk 2011 MissionIn October of 2011, Pastor Peter Kulakov was once again invited to present a series of satellite prophecy meetings Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine's third largest city with over 1 million residents. It is located southeast of Ukraine's capital Kiev on the Dnieper River, in the south-central region of the country. Dnipropetrovsk is the administrative center of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
